These two Irish guys met in a dusty library in Liverpool in 2007, Oisin Leech is from Navan, Mark McCausland is from Omagh. The pair shared the same love of music (from the Carter Family to Sam Cooke, Mississippi John Hurt to Dion and the Bellmonts, Phil Spector to the Louvin Brothers, the Impressions to Van Morrison), and before long, were jamming together in the dive bars of Liverpool when not on the road with their bands. Listen back here for a short blurb on the Lost Brothers and one of their tracks entitled ‘Silver and Gold’ which is taken from their (4th) forthcoming album new songs of dawn and dust.
